Your inability of your client services to read emails and the time it takes to sort out any queries if beyond pathetic. I have received 2 emails on 17th March (RE: Ref/ AM 13-03-13 Fwd: Resolution Health Claims and RE: Ref/ AM 13-03-13 Fwd: ENTABENI VISIT 606012 with incorrect information as the person obviously did not take the time to read the original email.
On the 9th March I received acknowledgment of my email sent 6th Feb, as yet still not been paid.
CE Mobility sent a request for a Roho on 28th Jan and on 15th Feb when approval was granted 15th Feb (NEO 20130215096A) after many phone calls I still await the cushion.
Your staff need training and although are courteous (most times) give you the run around and on 2 occasions have dropped my calls. I will now probably get a phone call and have to repeat myself to some consultant and apologies will be given but this is NOT good enough.
