Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Double billing in January - and still no refund

At the beginning of January Resolution Health deducted more than R6, 000. from my account - after my policy had been cancelled (amended) during December. I have visited their offices on a number of occasions, sent emails and made phone calls - and despite many promises I've still not received a refund.
I paid them by EFT at the end of December and they're happy to acknowledge their error - just not happy to give me my money back.
What's frustrating is that they simply don't respond to email or answer their phone. Unless you visit their office in person it seems you just get ignored.
