Double deduction from my account

I raised a complaint about customer services and my medical aid being suspended due to non payment of contributions which was not my fault but a system fault from Resolution"s side as this goes off via debit order. I paid the required amount of R3566 on 07/02/13 which was necessary to re-instate my medical aid. I received confirmation that my details were updated and that the right contribution of R1783 will be deducted on March 1. On March 1 the amount of R3566 was deducted and not R1783 (which is double!!!) I replied on the response from Resolution on Hello Peter demanding explanation of this. I saw the email being forwarded to the financial department from client services. I have since then emailed on numerous occasions demanding answer and to date stil have not received a phone call, email or any correspondence on this. This just shows that still there is no satisfactory sollution to customer's queries and no customer services at all. I am not very happy with the way this has been handled at all!!!
