Confused Member - Please can somebody help!

My father and I are both members at Resolution Health Medical Aid Scheme on the Classic option.
I cannot express how frustrated I am. On Thursday the 4th April 2013, I spoke to several different people at Resolution Health Client Services, Swift Online and MediKredit, receiving a different story from each. I have names and reference numbers if needed.
I must have spent about 15 minutes each time whilst on the phone to Resolution Health client services and was told by a number of client service employees that they would phone me back, but I am still waiting for a reply! The Resolution Health call centre is inadequate to say the least.
After countless phone calls and emails on a daily basis, I still do not know for sure if I can or how to claim my medication off our chronic benefits!! Due to the fact that I cannot get a straight answer from anybody.
I do hope you understand how frustrating this experience has been!!
