No Treatment Received for Voucher Paid

We bought a spa voucher from Groupon in January 2013 for the then, Destiny Fulfilled Therapy Spa in Boksburg and I have been trying to get booking since then. I eventually secured a booking for 19 May 2013. The booking was confirmed with the owner Florina Lepheana on Friday 17 May. We arrived at the address that appears on the voucher and called Florina, but got hold of the "receptionist" who said that they have moved to another address in Benoni 3 months ago. We then drove to Lakes Hotel in Benoni, was met by a Stacey who led us to a room and handed us towels. The voucher included a cocktail on arrival, but the she apologised saying that they had no juice and that champaign will be served after the treatments. Towels given were wet and gowns were smelly. After waiting for 15 mins, Stacey apologised for the delay, and tried to get hold of the owner, Florina as there were no products for the treatments to be done. She suggested we re-schedule, but we refused as the place looked shabby compared to the deceiving advertisement on their website. They have a new website and have re-branded to "Luxury Lifestyle Spa". Groupon should not partner with these. We demand our money back!
