LACK OF SERVICE AT KAY CEE HEALTH 'N BEAUTY SPA

We took advantage of a Groupon Special for Kay Cee Health 'n Beauty Spa. This was a total disappointment. The venue was shabby and the equipment was dirty. The staff were dressed in tracksuits and jeans and were totally untrained and unprofessional. Part of the special was a manicure. My manicurist, who chewed gum constantly, filed my nails so short that they are painful. No one could speak English so there was no communication. I do think Groupon should check out the Spa's who wish to advertise through them before allowing them to put out specials.
