Proof of submission

Thank you for finally sending me this 'proof of submission' that I have requested since December 2012. Unfortunately my medical aid says they did not receive this claim, even when I forwarded this email to them. They do not even have the 2nd of August as a day for the claim, only the one in November which I claimed, after I was told by your staff members that they cannot resubmit this claim because it was claimed under the WRONG dependent code, however, if that was true surely the medical aid would have some data on that. EVERY OTHER account that was outstanding for my daughter was paid BY my medical aid, amounts in the thousands, so I ask the question why would they NOT pay this account. In the first statement it was submitted, under B O My name, which was then corrected in a later Statement my to daughter's name. It sickens me to think that I now have to fork out ANOTHER R215 for blood tests that my medical aid SHOULD pay. Needless to say, I'm sick to death going back and forward between Lancet and Medihelp with no one to blame, because this one says that and that one says this... Thank you so much for understanding how incredibly disgusted I am about this whole situation.
