GEMS Does not do as they promise

I treated a patient from 26/6/13 till 29 June 2013. We require auth within 2 days of discharge. I requested auth on 30 june 2013. I did not get a response at all. I sent another email a week later still nothing. I called on 12 July and spoke to Tracey who said she would send me an auth for this patient after sending her the mail I had sent on the 30th. I sent the email REF gem11312019. I sent it again the next week as I had still not received an auth or a reply. I have not received any feedback from them at all. She also said that she would get someone to help us log onto the internet to get the auth ourselves. she has not kept her word and we are still waiting for auth for this patient as well as auth for many others.
When we call, it takes very long before we are able to speak to a person. they are only allowed to help us with 2 queries before they put us back in the queue/ Some calls take longer than an hour and we only get 6 auth numbers out of them. the service is pathetic to say the least.
