Blue Waters Guest House
Unreliable establishment!

I stayed at Bluewaters Guesthouse for two months in 2012. I have no complains about the place itself, and I was very comfortable staying there. When I moved out I was promised my deposit (one month's rent) back immediately (transferred into my bank account). When I had not received the money after a few weeks I contacted Karin, the landlady, and she apologised and promised to transfer the money within a few days. Almost six months, numerous emails and as many excuses from Karin later I have still not got my money back, and she has now stopped replying to my emails. I would like to warn other potential visitors against staying at this place, as there are many other similar establishments in Cape Town with MUCH more reliable and serious owners.
