Cape Milner Hotel
False Advert

It's amazing how deceiving the picture on the internet can be. Actually what Cape Milner hotel do is false advertisement. Their 4 star hotel does not look anything close to what they advertised on the internet. Talk about a weekend spoiled... starting with a 2 hours delayed check in as our rooms were not prepared yet, we were suppose to check in at 14h00 but only checked in at 16h15. As if that was not bad enough, we were checked in to rooms with dirty carpets, smelly rooms. To top it all there was no hot water for bathing for 2 days, even after several complains we were treated like squatters! Only got to see the hotel manager on Sunday afternoon as he was not available.
As for bad customer service from their reception, for a 4 star hotel in Cape town they still have a long way to go! I strongly recommend against this Hotel, no paying tourist should be treated like we were treated by Cape Milner Hotel.
