Cordelle Guest House - complaint

I had a nice holiday for a week at Nicole's guest house, but on leaving she promised to transfer our deposit, as well as a double payment I had made (as she said the first had not arrived).

This is now two months, and she is not answering emails or telephone. No transfer has been made.
