Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Calling on a SAPC and the FSB audit

Over the last 4 years we have had a hospital plan with resolution health. All our chronic medication receipts have been submitted. To date, we have spent in the region of R1200 over 28 months and received a rebate of about R750 from resolution health. Our broker who was supposed to intervene indicated he would be charging us R500 per hour to sort out the admin issues with Resolution health.
This is non-compliance to quite a range of processes to protect clients with chronic medication. I am calling on the SAPC and FSB to conduct a full investigation of this matter.
