Resolution Health Medical Scheme
CLAIMS NOT PAID BY RESOLUTION HEALTH!!!

Sad to say but seems like one has to complain on this website before service is received from Resolution Health.(if you are lucky enough!!!) I had a complaint on this very same matter couple of months ago and now history is repeating itself. I have 2 claims pending for my gynaecologist visits, 1 was referred to Resolution Health in April 2013 and the other 1 in May 2013... and still no sign of any payment from them... and the latest claim was referred to them today so they are now 3 payments behind!!! This is absolutely unacceptable... maybe I must refuse to pay my monthly membership contribution... what is good for the goose is good for the gander... Being pregnant is difficult enough... now I must stress about cashflow on top of everything else!!! Kindly take note Resolution Health that I am seriously considering to cancel my membership as you are not keeping your end of the bargain!!!
