DESPITE MANY CALLS, E-MAILS, COMPLAINTS... the additional benefit claim for a visit to M Goosen on 11/12/2012 has still not been met. On 6 February, 2013 I spoke to Jenelle who advised me that the claim will be/was processed manually. Rubbish.
