YEARLY VISITS TO VIRGIN ACTIVE GYM

Was informed that my Gym Membership has changed from 80% discount to 50% discount, due to 35 visits recorded instead of required 36 yearly visits. Some members get sms's to inform them that they need to visit the gym a certain amount of times before the year is up (by the way it doesnt run from Jan to Dec - they change it to which ever 12 months they like) original penalty was from 1 Dec 2011 to 30 Nove 2012 - when I queried it it was shifted from April 2012 to March 2013, any excuse to push up your membership fees!! BEWARE!!! To crown it all they dont even have my correct number on record, I guess its just a money making thing!!!
