Duplicating orders & NO delivery after 6 WEEKS!!!

On 11 March 2013 at 01:15pm and 01:19pm, I ordered
1) Purecleanse: 1x2 1 bottles at R958 (erroneously duplicated - order numbers:2070001198 &; 2070001198) and
2) Nuvoryn: 1x2 1 bottles at R958 (erroneously duplicated - order numbers:6490005204 &; 6490005205).

BOTH orders were duplicated (order numbers indicated above), debited against my account and STILL NO DELIVERY after 6 WEEKS while Nathans Natural promises to ship within 24 hours after ordering and deliver worldwide within 5-12 days. They did not even respond to my plea to cancel the duplicated orders and I'm R958 x 4 (R3, 832) poorer! This is a lot of money!

I think I'll report this to the Consumer Council.
