ILL-SERVICE AT SOUTHERN SUN OR TAMBO

I was dismally disappointed by the service the hotel for the lunch I had booked for Sunday December 23rd.
1) Instead of being picked-up at Rhodesfield Gautrain station as was arranged,
2) The switch board attendant sounded uninterested and told us to go to OR TAMBO.
3) The transfer was late and the driver was grumpy.
4) When we eventually got to the hotel and there was no reservation, nothing in my name.

Disappointed very dissapointing service
