I am writing this complaint as I am most disappointed in my experience at the Sunsquare Monte Casino hotel.
From the minute we walked in I noticed there was a very relaxed and uninterested attitude from the staff. No one bothered to greet us or welcome us to the hotel. My partner who made the reservation was advised normal check-In is at 2 however if we wanted to check in earlier this would not be a problem and we could check in from 12 onwards. We arrive at the hotel just after 12 only to be told there is no clean room available and again the staffs "not interested" attitude didn't help. As a result this was very frustrating however we came back at 2 only to stand in a long line to be checked in only to be told our original Piazza facing room that we specifically requested was not available and we were given some other room again very frustrating!
We decided to head off to the Palazzo hotel for Sundowners and to relax at the pool, from the minute we walked in we were greeted by the most friendliest and professional staff. There was just an awesome presence in the hotel and ofcourse our waiters took care of our drinks so please do compliment the hotel manager on my behalf as he
