Shocking Service

Soo shocked at Medihelp wow. i couldnt pay for January end of december. I recieved a call from a lady that told me i need to make arrangements to pay for it because wat has been deducted end of Jan is for Feb. They just decided to terminate my membership now in Feb but on the 28th they debited. I spoke to a lady that told me i have been terminated because of Jan's amount so what was debited end of Feb would be for February then instead of March and the one they took end of Jan would be considered for January's payment (does this even make sense to you as the reader) when the first person that called said to me they debited for Feb so i need to make arrangements for Jan over 3months.

I reversed my money and will make sure you guys dont access my account anymore. Soo disgusted at the service wow. How about calling a person to let them know they will be kicked out? i neva even went to any dr in the past few months..i would understand if i was always in hospital or at the dr you know. I shall find myself another medical aid and spread the word about Medihelp wow. I was gonna arrange something since i know for a fact the money they took on 28/02 was for March.
