1. As from 04/06/2013 to date we have never received and account of costs or statement regarding the outstanding amount. This is unacceptable and pathetic to say the least as this is the 3rd time that this happened. 2. We received a letter from the netcare central collections department dated 18/10/2013 only on 11/11/2013, and their letter clearly states that we have to respond to this letter within 14 days or we will receive a 2nd letter that will advise us of imminent listing with the credit bureau. Don't they think they should send their letters by speed post or registered post to proof time or date of receipt? They can't send me a second letter after 14 days if I received the first one more than 3 weeks later. 3. A lady from Vaalpark hospital only called me on 05/11/2013. This is more than 2 weeks after their overdue notice letter was sent and this was the first call we ever received regarding the outstanding amount. I would like to think that we can expect more from the financial department of such a well-known hospital. Pathetic service from the financial department.
