Claim only put through 2 weeks after submission

I submitted my wife's claims to discovery health via email on the 31st of May 2013 and have received no feedback to date. my wife called the call centre today 14th June 2013 to do a follow up and guess what, they haven't even put the claim through as yet even though it was sent 2 weeks ago. why would they create a claims email address if they don't process the claims that are emailed through. Very very bad service. their excuse for not putting the claim through was insufficient documentation however all documents was submitted. when my wife asked them what is missing they were unable to answer. Please don't make excuses for something that you haven't done. own up next time
