I am trying to find out why Discovery has over billed me by R181 for the past two months, and contacted the Vitality call centre to investigate.

I spoke to Linda Mashinini on Wednesday morning around 10am. He promised to call me at 13:00 with feedback - this never happened.
I then got a call from him at 16:50 requesting the reference number of the debit when he effectively wasted my entire day. He promised to send me his contact details immediately, and call me at 9am on Thursday morning.

Yesterday afternoon I get a blank mail from him - again, sent just before 5pm and no phone call at 9am as promised.

This is pure incompetence, and I refuse to deal with someone of this calibre.

I want this resolved by close of business today, and I will not deal any further with Linda.
