Discovery did not remove my daughter and a dependant from the 1st Jan 2103 as instructed and then processed claims - once they finally corrected this issue - they instead of paying me back for cover that is due to me - they just withheld funds.
this is totally unacceptable and EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE ONCE AGAIN
