Please refer to my compliant listed on the 21.02.2013 and your responses thereto. A week ago I received another sms stating my account has been suspended yet again. I contacted you and you told me you would get back to on this. It was an error on discovery's side and my account was in order. I am still waiting on your call...

Today I received an email that my account was suspended and my health benefits would be cancelled unless 2 months contributions are paid. What is this all about??? I selected that my account be paid via debit order. In your previous response you said my debit order date would be changed to the 1st from the 15th has this been done...

I am seriously just getting feedup with all these notifications stating my benefits has been suspended.
