Good day
I have a serious problem with the system in place to follow up on my claims. Bankmed is the main service provider who I pay my monthly contribution to, and I have to direct all my queries via them. I have to wait up to 2weeks for a general response. This is not the level of service that was received, so please advise why there is such a huge delay in everything related to my plan.
