I sent Bonitas Med Aid a query relating to one of their med aid members claim details, coming through to my 8ta sim card by mistake. I got an immediate automated response, acknowledging my query. Within an hour had feedback from Gertrude, saying she had directed the query to the relative department and within a day the query had been resolved. Excellent, professional and efficient service.
