Please see email below as sent to Optipharm, to which I have yet to receive a response. This is not the 1st time we have had problems with them

Please could somebody at OPTIPHARM please explain to me the following:

a) Why, when we have repeatedly requested that you deliver medicines for both members (M & T) on the same day to my work address we get 3 and 4 deliveries a month to both my business address and our home address HOW IS THIS SAVING ANYONE ANY MONEY???
b) Why do you repeatedly deliver medicines that we have asked you not to deliver? Yesterday you delivered something called 'SERLIFE 50mg' for me - what is this? I did not ask for this, why was it delivered to me? Did you speak to anyone before dispensing this? If so who? YOU ARE GOING TO LAND UP POISONING OR KILLING SOMEONE BY JUST DISPENSING MEDICINE WILLY NILLY! I do not know what this SERLIFE is (though I suspect it is a generic for Zoloft) and as I get my Zoloft from my own pharmacy I have REPEATEDLY asked you not to dispense Zoloft to me.

Come and take this SERLIFE away - I do not want it and I will not pay for it. When you come to collect send the credit note for it at the same time.
