Non delivery of medication

I am a MediHelp meber, Optipharm (pharmaceuticals) are outsourced by various medical aid companies to supply medication to their clients, and Optipharm has outsourced Logistics to deliver the the medications to their clients, however since 2013, I requested that my medication be delivered at my residence, however since then I have to call and follow up my delivery with Optipharm upon every delivery as the Logistic guy (Moss) has a disgusting attitudes, demands soft drinks when delivering your medication, last month (May), my medication was delivered 4 days after i received notification byOptipharm that my Meds has ben dispensed, on Monday 03 June I received an sms confirming that my medication will reach me within 3 days, to date no medication received, tracking number PUL2592419, i dont intend to follow up on the delivery of my medication from Optipharm/Logistics every month, it is their responsibility to get their drivers to understand the importance of their job, and know who they outsource to do this job. I intend going to the media in this regard, as my life is depending on this medication.
