Bank Account incorrectly debited twice in March

I used to be a beneficiary on my partner's Bestmed Policy with Mr DJ MARAIS 10542138 as main member. However we have decided to no longer be on the same policy, for personal reasons, and I applied for a new policy under my own name with myself as main member in Feb 2013. Everything was approved and submitted by my broker, and I received confirmation of my new policy: Ms K DE VILLIERS 10758947. However, we also submitted docs to change the banking details for the debit orders, as in the past the debit order for the policy: DJ MARAIS 10542138 was taken from my bank account. We submitted all the necessary documents (proof of ID, proof of Bank Account Ownership, Request for Bank details to be changed etc) in time for the bank details and policy changes to be effected before the 1 March debit order. The policies were effectively separated and I received confirmation of my new membership number 10758947. However, Bestmed debited my account twice: i.e. I paid 2 x R1239 for both Policies, namely my own policy Ms K DE VILLIERS 10758947 and the policy for DJ MARAIS 10542138. The mistake is on BESTED's side, as we submitted everything on time. I need this money back in my account urgently!
