To whom it may concern,

I'm deeply disappointed by the service I received from Iwyze, I took up the policy with IWYZE in January 2014, to commerce in1 February 2014, policy number 10225233887, the person I took the policy with asked me for I D numbers, home address etc but did not take my banking details and she captured my old banking details when I used to bank with Standard Bank. On the 4/02/14 I called IWYZE as I received an sms stating the money the debit order did not go through. I was surprised I called IWYZE and spoke to a guy I cannot recall his name, who told me they had Standard Bank banking details on my account, I told him to change the banking details and debit my account immediately, he wanted to start the process all over again. I told him I was at work and cannot go through the signing up phone call, I told him to call me back at 18h00 he refused, to my surprise I received an sms stating my policy has been cancelled. I want my policy to be re-instated with immediate effect and that person to be dealt with.
