Incorrectly debited my account

I got a calll from absa insurance policy 26/06/2013, i then requested for funeral policy, got an sms with policy number and acceptance confirmation on 27/06/2013, i get an sms 02/07/2013 that my account will be debited 01/08/2013, i had requested that my account is debited on 27th of every month, now not only have they changed the date agreed on, they debited my account 01/07/2013, i have now incurred charges as this has bounced in my account, this is not acceptable logic says if i took the policy on the 27/06/2013 then the debit order should be in july month end, i want these bank charges refunded asap and i want my date changed to the 27th, or else i would like to terminate this contract and go to a competent company
