Stop medical aid

Discovery pay any medical bill submitted without checking with the patient. They have no right to release funds from my medical savings account without my permission. They send me an email to notify me that they have paid a supplier. Who authorised this payment? Discovery should be requesting MY permission to pay the supplier from MY medical aid savings account. They should also be black-listing suppliers who have been proved to be. I would like Discovery to protect their members.
