We booked into Protea Centurion Hotel on the 1st of March 2013 to Celebrate my partners Birthday weekend. On arrival at 14:10 we were told our room was still on an "untidy" status and we were asked to wait, after an hour and two trips to the reception desk I told the receptionist that we have been waiting an hour and she finally proceded in giving us a new roon, room 327. Before we wnet up to our room my partner informed the manager of what had happeneded and she promised to leave us a note explaining why we had to wait an hour, needless to say this did not happen. At 12:27 we on Friday night our phone rang, we were fast asleep and immediately though something had happened to our car, luckily (or unluckily for us) they phoned the wrong numbe??? Then we were woken on Saturday morning at approximately 6:00 by loud noises and the sound of trolleys rolling on the tile floor in front of our door... Saturday night we decided to order room service, after waiting 30 minutes we received the wrong order, my partner ordered the Chicken, avo and bacon burger bur alas there was no bacon or avo on the burger. We are Prokard members who will not be renewing our membership...
