Does not help being loyal

The company I work for wanted to force me to join their medical aid, I refused and fought to stay with discovery. I filled in all the correct paperwork in Dec. You changed the beneficiaries around, so that my husband is the main member. I selected that the debit order goes off on the 25th of every month so that I wont be too much affected by the change as I'm already losing the tax benefit. January no deduction was made actually you only changed the records on your system at the end of January, so I assumed my company still paid for it, but no due to your bad admin skills you have now debited my account double in March on the1st not the 25th. What is going to happen now as thanx to new company their tax deductions were wrong I recevied less on my salary and I only have one months premium. This you cannot go and change and debit client's accounts as you wish without informing us before hand. So much for 11 years of being loyal to this stupid company but their CEO can have mega bonuses, us little people. Dont bother phoning me I'm sick of these big companies bs you can email me so that I can eft the one months payment
