Dont ever take out Medical Aid with these people

I called in Feb and changed my due date -- they said it will go off accordingly and their would be NO double debit, .my new debit should of went off on the 25th of Feb it DID NOT, I called on the 26th and they told me it would go off on the 1st of March it DID NOT. I called on the 4th of March and they gave me feedback that it would be double debited on the 25th of March or they can debit me tonight ----

The service of this is shocking...

Team Leader - Mags -- who treated me like i was at fault and she was telling me things like SHE FOLLOWS PROTOCOL ect... i would like to get a senior person from Discovery to call me regarding such poor service!!!
