Not happy with Feedback from CHRONIC DEPARTMENT

In June I was taken to the MediCross because of heart problems (heart rate was 217). Test were done on the day (at MediCross and at Cardiologist) and the next day (blood test) (was not in hospital). I was diagnosed with a heart condition (Supraventrical Tachycardia (i47). All the costs were deducted from my medical savings account for the two days - tests, meds, consultations.

My doctor completed the necessary paperwork to add the heart condition to my chronic benefit and it was sent to Discovery. The condition was approved and I am on tablets now for my heart. My doctor informed me according to law Discovery is not allowed to deduct costs done on the day from my savings account. I informed Discovery about this on the day I submitted the documents but up to today I was not fully refunded. Last week Friday I sent a Mail and said I will give them a week to sort out because a lady at discovery said they have wrong code on system (i49) and blamed my doctor. I checked documents and my doctor used the correct code. Today I get a reply with attachment informing me of meds they cover for the condition - they obviously did not read my mails. They give wrong feedback & no refund
