Firstly i have a claim of R 274.00 that needs to be paid. Secondly there was a backlog with payments .. now when i go onto view my profile on the website i see it hasnt been paid. It has a big red cross next to it. I am due to pay my monthly premium today... I hope for your sake that the claim wasnt declined because my monthly membership wasnt paid on the first...
