Overcharged on premiums twice

In January this year I changed my medical aid from a Boncap to a Bonessential option (a monthly subscription that would change from R1416 to R979 per month). This was to be effective from the first of January 2013. Come February, I was still charged the higher Boncap rate and I was not refunded. Instead I was told that I would be charged the difference only come March. This was indeed the case but at the same time I was ALSO charged my monthy fee of R979 on top of that!

How could this have gone through? Does no one oversee the account payments? Bonitas obiviously does not care about its customers and only cares about taking their money. Clearly customer service is not something that you value. You just expect me to pay this and deal with consequences? I am seriously questioning my decision to join this scheme. I demand a quick resolution to this and a refund as this is completely unacceptable.
