I'm so disappointed with the costumer service at Lesedi Clinic I have experienced bad customer service not only from Lindiwe who works in the account department but from the time I entered that hospital. I was told by the receptionist at the casualty unit that my medical aid does not cover for casualty fees i had to pay cash which I did, to my surprise they claimed from the medical aid and they where paid for casualty fee, therefore Lesedi had to refund me the R1170.00 TO THIS DAY I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY REFUND! Lindiwe had promised that the refund will be in my account last week Friday on the 22 Feb 13. I didn't hear from Lindiwe until I called and requested to speak to her manager "Margaret" on the 26 Feb 13 and she advised she will speak to Lindiwe and ask her to give me a call and explain. I then received a call from Lindiwe shortly after that and she advised she spoke to the head office and the money will be released and she will send me an email with the POP as a special clearance was done to release the funds and I would receive it by midnight. Lindiwe sis your customer service is despicable and unacceptable. This is not about the money it's about the staff service level!!!
