Being interrogated during a hospital visit

ON THE 14 August I visited the casualty department as I was not feeling well, I was told to go to the triag department where my observations where done by a nurse called Lindiwe Mlandeli who didn`t have a smile on her face and didn`t even bother introducing herself, she later asked me what was wrong with me, I told her that I have UTI and with a serrious face she asked me how do I know that I have UTI . I then gave her the symptoms I was presenting with, she replied by saying that she is not interested in symptoms I must give her a diagnosis. She treated me as though she is a tutor at a nursing college. I was expecting to be treated well during my hospital visit not to br interrogated by the nursing staff, I will not be assisted by Lindiwe even if was on my death bed!!!
