I am sick and tired of incompetence

Last week i sent a complaint about how i could not access my account which has R60 000 in it. I couldnt draw our make payments and speedpoints. Lindiwe Ledwaba from complaints department called and said "there is nothing wrong with your card, just use you cheque card to make payments from your saving account"..i kept asking her how possible this is and she insisted that my account is fine. After 8 days of not being able to access my account i decided to go buy groceries and as i pay the card is declined! i followed Lindiwes advise and it declined on my both my cheque and savings account! This has been going on for over a week! I called her and obviously "she was not available" but i left a message. Saturday am i went to the Broadacres branch and i told them my ongoing to debacle and they changed my debit card. They were also surprised when i told them Lindwe said i must make payments from my SAVINGS account using my CHEQUE card (log baffles me). I got a new card. I was locked out of my new card for two days! JUST REVERSE ALL THE BANK CHARGES THAT I INCCURED BECUASE OF YOUR INCOMPETENCE! I DON'T WANT TO SPEAK TO LINDIWE LEDWABA SO PLEASE JUST FIX THIS MESS NOW!
