WHAT USED TO BE A GOOD PLACE | NOW HORRILBE

Shalamanzi used to be a place we as a golfers touring group frequented over the years when held by the previous owners. They came to know us and we were always put up in splendour when we had our April leg of the tour in the area, playing course such as Peacanwood and Magalies Park. Since the new owners tool over there seems to be a certain change of attitude for the worst. They are not willing to consider loyalty towards a getsure on negotiation on cancellation fess, take forever to refund a person, and when you ask to speak to the owners you are told that you cannot and that the so called rules must be respected. I get to talk direclty to Adrian Gore at Discovery Health with my personal healthcare issues, who are these folks? They area as evasive as one can get and I would definately not recommend that anyone stays at their establishment as they do not belong anywhere in the "hopitality" industry. The manner in which they speak over the phone to clients, esp long standing ones is DISGUSTING . They must change their attitude. DISGRUNTLED PATRIOT~!!!
