I reported to top tv that I am moving from the place where my top tv was installed and they promised to get me an installer who will help me to install the top tv to my new place, but there were no installers to help in that area. I was even given numbers for the installers in Nelspruit but I am 250km from Nelspruit. After trying for some time without getting any help I decided to stop the account and requested for my refund because I used debit order to pay the account. Everytime I was calling to enquire about my refind I was told that somebody from finance will call me but nobody call me about my refund. And today when i call the person who answered my phone told me that I will not be refunded. And I ask to speak to the floor manager and that manager also have a bad attitude he told me that is not their problem that there are no installers in my area. I want my refund because the account was put on hold on 4 November 2013 and I was already debited for the full month. And I will make sure that I tell my friends and colleagues not to buy top tv because of poor service and bad attitude of the employees of top tv, who speak to customers like they speak their children.
