What an amazing place to stay

Nothing is ever too much for the staff at the Protea Hotel North Wharf. Every request I had was seen to. I was always greeted with a smile by every single staff member I came in contact with.
You really made my stay an absolute pleasure and I cant wait for my return trip.
There was an error with my booking when I got here and the gentleman behind the counter went to the back room and was back out in 30 seconds with an apology and to inform me that everything had been sorted out. now if that's not service I dont know what is.

Today I needed directions to an ATM and a gentleman by the name of Enzo (I may be wrong) walked me all the way to the ATM with a smile on his face.

Catherine at the front desk is willing to help out in any way possible. This evening i was unable to reach the restaurant across the road, so she walked over and got them to call me... This was totally unexpected and unnecessary, but most definitely appreciated.

I can definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cape Town.

It has been a real pleasure staying here (my home away from home) Until next time Protea Hotel Noth Wharf.
