Exceptional Service

I travel to Pretoria frequently for work and the Protea Hotel Hatfield is my hotel of choice. I have only always experienced exceptional service at this hotel. Etienne Potgieter the MD and his staff always go the extra mile. I stay there often and not once do I feel that they are getting used to me and drop the quality of service, in fact every time I arrive I am being treated with the utmost respect and highest quality service delivery. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile. Every request put to them is responded to with a smile. Etienne has succeeded in creating an employer of choice in his hotel. I am so used to their level of service that I was totally shocked when I did not get a same level of service at another hotel and mentioned this to Frans Janse van Rensburg also at Protea Hotel Hatfield. I was totally bowled over when I received a gift pack with refreshments from Etienne and his team delivered to the other hotel.

I also travel abroad frequently and must say that Etienne has been successful in creating a level of service which compares to world class establishments. I am very proud and feel honored to be a regular guest at Protea Hotel Hatfield.
