Unsolicited appointment

On 19 Feb I received the following sms at 11:11:42 from 27743536867

I phoned and spoke to Michelle and advised her that I had received this sms, and that I thought that she had sent it to the wrong cell number. She said it was for me and that they had made the appointment so that they could talk to me about their products. I asked why they had made an appointment without me requesting one. her response was that they had made a mistake. I told her that I was not a customer of Discovery and that I am currently with Transmed.

My issue is: who do they think they are to make an unsolicited appointment with me, without my consent and me requesting it. I feel that this is in violation of the CPA Act. I take great umbrage at this. They have no right to do this. I regard this sms as unsolicited spam.
