Dear Sir / Madan

On the 14 of december 2012, a discovery vitality consultant called me and sold a vitality package to me. i bought her story and gave her the required information for approval, but to my dismay they started the debit order on my account without me receiving any verify documentation or the card that im suppose to use for the transactions that require the card. I called them (discovery vitality) on the 13-02-2013 with a broker called Andrew Delmont for cancellation... the consultant (ref no 2730087909) said i will be called back in 2 to 3 days time to verify cancellation till today... please look into this matter.
