Pathetic and bad-mannered consultants

I have heard it with Discovery and those incompetent consultants. It to 4 people to get my claim processed. I have sent relevant document including receipts from the doctor, however after spending money on long calls with people who cannot listen my claim will now be paid to the doctor.
This is absolute rubbish and I will not accept this. I just spoke to a very rude, discourteous, ill-mannered Sandile- he just put me on hold without explaining why- just like Tshepo and Danita they just wanted to get their point across without listing to me.
