This happened on year ago and lip service and bull talk. Still me. We joined vitality especially for the gym membership. At the time of signing up we were assured that under no circumstances will the gym membership be cancelled unless proper written or email notification is sent from Vitality. This is because we are human and will forget some time or the other. The sales consultant reiterated that notification will be sent to us. Whenever notification was sent, we complied to the minimum requirements. In June and July, no notification was sent only a cancellation email. Vitality cancelled my wife's gym membership which makes it useless for me to be on Vitality. This is a of Discovery and its partners and well covered up right to the highest level. I recently came across 5 others that are in the same position. Discovery executives are adamant by not listening and sticking the request to rejoin under new conditions. I am looking for at least 30 persons that are willing to join me to protest and implement a class action against Discovery abusing us.
