Problem Being able to see a specialist!!!

I am seriously Very ANNOYED with Discovery as 1stly i go through all the correct procedures which is required by Discovery in order to receive authorisation, My GP submitted referal forms on Monday 18.02.2013 and as of today i have still not heard anything, I called the call center Today 21.02.2013 and i was told that there was not yet a decission made as to whether or not my request was going to be approved or declined, i was told i would hear by the end of the day as the admin department was not yet in. After my call a few min later i receive a sms saying that my requeast was declined??? This i find verrrrrry unacceptable as I was just told that there was no decission made and now misteriously it can be declined. I really dont know why this should always be a problem when my medical aid is paid on time every month and if i have available funds why can i not access them when i paid to use this??? Discovey is not and i dont see why its for them to decide if you and in this case my child is sick enough to receive the medical help he requires when they wern't the ones examining him!!!
